Returns & Exchanges

At AYN, we strive for perfection in every handheld device; however, if you are not fully satisfied with your Odin or Loki console, you can return it within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. All returned hardware must be in its original, unopened packaging with all accessories included to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team at [email protected] with your order number and a brief explanation for the return to receive your Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Secure Packaging

  Place the device and all original accessories back into the official AYN packaging and use a sturdy shipping box to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Shipping and Tracking

  Affix the provided RMA label to the exterior of the package and ship the item back to our designated warehouse using a carrier that offers tracking services.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technical team inspects the device for any signs of physical damage or software tampering, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
