Does my device come with a warranty?
Yes, all AYN devices include a standard 1-year limited warranty that covers manufacturing defects. Please note that software modifications or physical damage caused by the user are not covered.

We offer a 14-day return window for unused items in their original packaging. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the device is confirmed to be defective upon arrival.
